Jaya Bal : நான் Behindwoods இல் #pepul நிறுவனத்தின் Founder and CEO அண்ணன் Suresh Kumar G அவர்களின் பேட்டி பார்த்தேன். அந்த பேட்டியில் அண்ணனின் பேச்சு என்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்தது.அண்ணனின் பேட்டியை நிறைய பார்த்தேன், அதுவும் என்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்தது.உடனே நான் #pepul நிறுவனத்திஇல்தான் வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று சென்னை சென்றேன்.

அங்கு சென்று அன்னைனே பார்த்தவுடன் எனக்கு சந்தோசம் தாங்க முடியவில்லை. அண்ணா என்னை பார்த்தவுடன் முதலில் சாப்பிட்டாயா என்று கேட்டார். நான் சாப்பிடவில்லை என்று சொன்னேன். அதற்க்கு முதலில் நீ போய் சாப்பிடு என்று சொல்லி என்னுடன் இரண்டு நபர்களை அனுப்பிவிட்டார். அண்ணனுக்கு ஏர்போர்ட்கு டைம் ஆயிருச்சுடா அதான் பேசமுடியவில்லை என்று அனுப்பிவிட்டார். அவர் அனுப்பிய இருவரும் என்னுடன் இருந்து என்னை சாப்பிடவைத்து எனக்கு என்ன உதவி வேண்டுமோ அதை செய்து கொடுத்தாறுகள். அவர்களின் அன்பான பேச்சும் அன்பான உபசரிப்பும் என்னை மிகவும் கர்வர்ந்தது.

எனக்கு இறுதியாக இந்த கடிதம் கொடுத்தார்கள். தங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் இப்பொழுது வேலை இல்லை என்றும் வேலை வந்தவுடன் கண்டிப்பாக நாங்கள் அழைக்கிறோம் என்றும் சொன்னார்கள். உங்களின் அன்பான உபசரிப்புக்கு நன்றி.
