Job Description
Contrary to popular belief, which holds that you need a traditional graduate degree to acquire a job, HCL TechBee’s Early Career Program is a special job programme for people looking for full-time positions after Class XII in order to enable them to become financially independent. For entry-level IT Services & Associate job roles, candidates must complete a 12-month training programme. This hybrid training programme puts an emphasis on students’ entire education and personality development to prepare them for the workforce.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will begin working as a full-time Associate or IT Services professional with a starting salary of INR 1.70 – 2.20 lakhs per annum respectively.
