Job description
Data Entry Operator job : A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in a company’s database systems. Team Leader : As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of telecallers to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role involves monitoring daily operations, providing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also analyze call data, generate reports, and develop strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team are essential for success in this role, along with experience in a telecalling or customer service environment.
Responsibilities
