Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Salary
The salary for this role ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 per month, along with fuel allowance.

Responsibility
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning.
