Job Summary: As a Delivery Associate at HRMS Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of our Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) solutions to our valued clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our HRMS solutions, meeting client expectations and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Implementation Planning: Work closely with project managers and clients to develop detailed implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Solution Delivery: Execute the implementation process, which involves configuring and customizing the HRMS software according to client requirements, conducting system testing, and ensuring smooth data migration.
- Training and Support: Conduct end-user training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and usage of the HRMS system. Provide post-implementation support, including addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.
