Job Description
They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Education qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficient in typing with excellent accuracy and speed.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database software.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and record-keeping practices.
